Refund policy

Every PaleoThreads shirt is printed on demand, just for you, after you order. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for more than 20 business days, or it's marked delivered but you never received it, contact us and we'll help resolve it with a reprint or a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, before it goes into production. After that, the shirt is already being printed and can't be cancelled.
