Shipping policy

Every PaleoThreads piece is printed for you after you order, then shipped straight to your door with tracking.

Free shipping

Orders of $60 or more ship free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Production time

Because each item is made to order, production usually takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) before your order ships. During peak seasons such as November and December, production can take a little longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the products in your order and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Typical standard rates for one item:

Estimated delivery times

After your order ships, typical delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs can occasionally add time.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. If your order contains several items, they may be printed in different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Customs, duties and taxes

Whenever possible, orders are printed at the production facility closest to you, which keeps import fees rare. If your country charges duties or taxes that were not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us within 2 hours so we can correct it before production. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we will always try to help.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for more than 20 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at sales@paleothreads.com and we will resolve it with a reprint or a refund.
