- Where fossils are found: Chinle Formation, Arizona (USA)
- Group: Prehistoric Reptiles
- Setting in the art: Conifers, cycads, ginkgoes, ferns, horsetails, with no flowers or grass, which had not evolved yet
- What the fossils tell us: Armored plant-eater with shoulder spikes (an aetosaur)
