- Where fossils are found: Hell Creek & Lance formations (USA)
- Group: Ceratopsians
- Setting in the art: Conifers, broadleaf flowering trees, ferns and palms, with no open grasslands, which came much later
- What the fossils tell us: One of the largest skulls of any land animal; frill with holes
